- Build a solid organizational framework that supports global and local operations.
- Attract sponsorships and partnerships: Engage in both local and global engineering firms, corporations, and educational institutions to sponsor projects and support operations.
- Establish strategic partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and international agencies to secure funding and expertise.
- Recruit and mobilize volunteers: Build a strong network of professional engineers, engineering students, and experts who can contribute time, knowledge, and skills to the projects.
- Create engagement and mentorship programs for young engineers and students to gain hands-on experience in real-world challenges.
- Launch high-impact projects: Identify underprivileged communities in need of engineering solutions, prioritize projects based on impact potential, and implement sustainable, scalable solutions.
